Had a mix-up at check-in regarding room assignments, with one initially moved to a different floor. The area near the room could get a bit noisy, especially late at night, with sounds from the staff lift and nearby events. Several minor billing issues during check-out created some delays, slightly dampening the otherwise enjoyable experience.

The rooftop vibes at Emara Ole-Sereni were fire, especially with the sunset views over Nairobi National Park! David made my stay special with his top-notch recommendations and delicious drink at lunch. Perfectly clean and a cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. 🍹🌅

Unfortunately, my room was just average for the price and lacked a balcony as promised. Service could be a bit slow, and while the restaurant next door was a gem, this one just didn’t hit the same spot.

However, don't expect to spot the big five from your room. you’ll need to schedule a proper safari for that! Also, the noise from the restaurant renovations felt like I had the dining room right next door.
